Life List: All Is Well . . . God Always Is Faithful

I’ve learned when all things seem to go wrong, God’s plan for good remains. Even so, sometimes it takes all of our faith to see God’s good in the messiness of this world. Fourteen years ago, I found myself looking for God’s good when doctors spoke some tough words to us about Tricia. We experienced stormy days, wondering, if, and when things would get better. And. Yesterday, the doctor confirmed what we’ve learned: All is well.

All is well . . . when you know God always goes with you.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6, NASB)

All is well . . . when you know God always goes ahead of you.

The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed (Deuteronomy 31:8, NASB).

All is well . . . when you know God always holds on to you.

. . for He [God] Himself has said,
I will not in any way fail you
nor give you up
nor leave you without support.
[I will] not,
[I will] not,
[I will] not
in any degree leave you helpless
nor forsake
nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)!
[Assuredly not!]
(Hebrews 13:5, Amplified)

All is well . . . when you know God always is faithful.

Yet this I call to mind
and therefore I have hope:
Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
(Lamentations 3:19-21, NIV)

Put it on the life list: All is well . . . God always goes with you . . . God always goes ahead of you . . . God always holds on to you . . .  God always is faithful.

Learning to Kickstart the day, knowing all is well because God always is faithful,
