Hope Meets Us In The Well Of Despair And Brings Life

(Note: I posted about our family’s season of hopelessness next door at kerrielpalmer.com, a desert time of life–it’s entitled MEETING HOPE.)

Along the way, I gathered 30 different God-words with the message of hope.  Red Door Church recently sent 30 cards with with these God-words to bring a message of hope to a family facing tough circumstances. There will be one a day being released here @ redletterword.com to take time to meditate on for your life and all those around you.

Today’s God-word of hope:

In the morning, O Eternal One, listen for my voice; in the day’s first light, I will offer my prayer to You and watch expectantly for Your answer (Psalm 5:3, Voice).

When you and I make space to pray as the day dawns and the light comes, we can know for sure our words do not reside in an empty space BUT in the heart of God, who is always for us.

What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? (Romans 8:31, NLT).

The thing is . . . God, who is HOPE, meets us in the well of despair . . .  and brings life.  God heals the hopeless, bringing living water to the parched and dry soul.

May you experience new hope today–Kerrie
